Our story, before being the story of a company, is the story of a family whose main theme, even in the most distant generations, is the art of producing salami. Salumificio Pedrazzoli was founded in 1951 by the progenitor Arnaldo Pedrazzoli, supported by his wife and the help of his children. Even today, the new Pedrazzoli generations follow in the family footsteps and together with the President Mauro Pedrazzoli collaborate the cousin Stefano, the wives and children Emanuele and Elisa, all engaged in the family business, that follow the tradition and with the same passion the activity that has always been linked to the production of cured meats.
