QUALITY+ is the quality of the raw material - only Po Valley pigs weighing over 200kg - and the simplicity of the ingredients. Q+ means only selected, unique products with an unmistakable taste, which we also wanted to enhance with an exclusive packaging.

Q+ cured meats are stuffed into natural casings and are tied by hand by our craftsmen, as in the ancient tradition, with jute twine. The manual skill of our work makes our cured meats different from each other and also for this reason inimitable. The differences are for us a “plus” and not a defect, because they guarantee the craftsmanship of the products.

Every cured meat has its time to become good. Q+ cured meats are unique for this very reason. Aging takes its time, it depends on many factors, including the weather, because every season is different, because it is Nature that dictates its conditions. There are no shortcuts: you have to wait - patiently and respecting the ancient Italian butcher tradition - for time to do its job in order to experience a Q+ product.
